jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Farrell's going to blow out the bullpen at this rate.. all he has left is Breslow, Layne and Steven Wright. And of course, one has to be optioned tomorrow for Kelly's activation.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Is Boston's bullpen just as bad as ours? Lots of unfamiliar players. Well, there's no 100 mph fireballer like we have in Boston (and it's questionable how long Ogando will stay healthy.)
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Second K from Morrow on a nasty changeup.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Bullpen arms remaining: Yankees: Shreve, Esmil Rogers(questionable, as he was used last night in mop-up duty) Red Sox: Layne, Breslow, Steven Wright (they should really save him for tomorrow, considering Kelly has missed a fair amount of time).
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow is filthy. All the secondary pitches are working.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Hopefully TB and MIA continue to beat each other up all series. Meeting TB with a gassed pen would be really nice when we get them on Monday.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Yankee bullpen has so many walks. I think that's 6 so far

Meeting TB with a gassed pen would be really nice when we get them on Monday. Anyone care to make the starting projections for Tampa? For us it's Dickey, Norris and Buehrle
LTR Verified Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow is filthy. All the secondary pitches are working. When he's on, he's on. How often was he on though. I say good riddance (even though I really like the guy).
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 lol Hanley GDP with 2 on and on a 2-0 count. No one wants to win.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Great double play off Hanley's bat! End it here Sox...
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Yelich walks off the Rays!!!!!!!! Scores in Gordon with a single!
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 As we speak, the Yanks and Red Sox are likely making phone calls to Scranton-Wilkes Barre and Pawtucket for fresh arms.. as no end seems to be in sight.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 This don't feel like a Yankees/Boston game, no rivalry no intensity no nothing. We need a spark in this.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Yelich walks off the Rays!!!!!!!! Scores in Gordon with a single! wat? Marlins you mean?
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow with 4 ks and still in the 3rd facing Lincecum
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Walker is getting crushed As a baseball fan, I don't like this. As a Jays fan, I like this. Walker is the biggest threat to a Jays ROY
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 wat? Marlins you mean? Yelich hits a walkoff single vs. the Rays means they walked off the Rays right?
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 A-rod crushes a double to left center field, 1 out.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Yelich hits a walkoff single vs. the Rays means they walked off the Rays right? ah I interpreted it as the Rays walked off
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow is getting strikeouts at will.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 f*** You A-Rod you f***ing f*** But good job on the single
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow is getting strikeouts at will. Absolute filth. Too bad he's glass
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Morrow with 4 ks and still in the 3rd facing Lincecum Are there any recent jays that are off to a bad start? other than CJ
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Lawrie, Graveman, McGowan nvm, Lawrie has 4 hits past 2 games, only 1 K
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Why are you always obsessed with teams tiring out their bullpens? Their guys all went one inning and will be fine to go tomorrow. Wilson, Betances and Miller threw 20+ pitches. Plus, there's workload to worry about, especially with consecutive games coming up. I more focus on the pitches thrown. Just because they may have thrown 1 inning, how many pitches did it take?
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Are there any recent jays that are off to a bad start? other than CJ Lawrie and Graveman on the A's is what I know of
