Also note in that article that the Dodgers are undergoing some austerity.. it shows the disadvantages of bad TV deals(which the Dodgers have with TWC) caused by the TV rights bubble, forcing teams to cut payroll to offset losses. Bet the Dodgers will be making some trades.. and letting HanRam and hopefully one of their OFs go.

Lucky the Blue Jays don't have TV deal problems like the Astros and Dodgers..

[/i][/color]It's sad how people think the Cards are such a better team because of one series.

Same with the Giants, the Nationals were a much better team, their offense just went cold in an unfortunate time.

I doubt any managers get fired, unless a GM does, Rosenthal reports Colleti's on the hot seat, but I doubt it.

I heard Colletti is getting fired and Mattingly is safe.

From?

Rosenthal tweeted it.

Feeling among number of #Dodgers people is that GM Colletti is on hot seat, and that ownership has softer spot for Mattingly. We shall see.

After souring on both Colby and Yunel, I doubt that AA would be in on Yasiel if there were such a thing as a Puig derby. I don't think the Jays will want to be a "second chance" organiztion going forward.

ERA of under 2 all year, promptly gives up 8 runs after being staked a 6-1 lead in the LDS. Sounds like choking to me.

Lol. Welcome to Newbland... where ERA, home runs, and RIBEYES are plentiful!

What tells us AA soured on Rasmus? Is it the fact that they won't make him a QO? Also, Escobar was given away for PR reasons. It wasn't a decision made solely by the GM, it's the way the Blue Jays operate. I can't blame them for this since they play in a city that claims to respect homosexuals' rights and I can see why they wouldn't want to take the PR hit.

Melky worked out kinda ok. I really hope AA would be in on it and do whatever it takes. I was so wrong on Puig, f*** he's good.
