North of 60 Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Reyes was brought in to smile, joke around, and be a good clubhouse guy.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 When will they realize buehrle is a piece of s*** and just dump his ass on another team....he had a good stretch but is jumping off a cliff to normalize his numbers
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Any chance that AA can sucker the Yankees into taking on Reyes and most of his salary? But then again watch him be a super star and decent fielder.
Vincent Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Reyes should be getting paid no more than league minimum for his garbage defense and stupid play
DH12 Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 3 runs should be plenty for Price today
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Holy crap. All with two outs too. So frustrating.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 3-0 already, bad buehrle continues
DH12 Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Reyes should be getting paid no more than league minimum for his garbage defense and stupid play Miami looking pretty smart for unloading Reyes and his salary now
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Buehrle has a -0.87 FIP (0.39 xFIP) so far today guys. He's been immaculate.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 At least our lineup is a little better to deal with a lefty then normal.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Miami looking pretty smart for unloading Reyes and his salary now AA was able to get out of VW contract only to take on Reyes'. Once thought to be a god for getting out of one only to take on a worse one.
IBTrini Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 screw you MB, screw you reyes Buehrle didn't do too badly given the error and then the lack of range by Reyes which allowed more runs in. That also caused an inflated pitch count which puts the Jays in a bad position to start this game. Hope they can start chipping away at that lead right away.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 How many spins on swings and misses will Reyes do in this AB?
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 That error looms large now - That sucked big time. We will have to see how the Jays hitters approach Price. What are the odds they don't show any patience at the plate? Probably high. They tend to not show much grace under pressure when they're down. Rushed ABs and visible frustration.
DH12 Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Reyes was brought in to smile, joke around, and be a good clubhouse guy. A circus clown at 15/hr would have suitable
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Reyes better go yard to make up for that error.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 I was just thinking before this game Reyes has been playing some better D lately. That one hurt. 30+ pitches for Mark B in the first inning and in tough against Price. We aren't making this any easier.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Buehrle has a -0.87 FIP (0.39 xFIP) so far today guys. He's been immaculate. David Price will be awesome as well, so there is that
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 It aint over, fellas. Just need to get to the bullpen or hope Price is a little off.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Reyes better go yard to make up for that error. 3 times.
IBTrini Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 That's the game folks. You realize you do this almost every game? Why the hell do you even come here? Seriously!!!
Vincent Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Look Reyes, that's called short stop defense
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 That's how routine plays are made, Reyes!
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 3 times. Well, maybe he's saving it for his last 3 ABs to win the game since that wasn't it
Vincent Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Lol......... Buck and Tab are trolling us
Rajais Mitten Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Try to move reyes and keep melky please!
Vincent Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 If the payroll will go up next year why the f*** are we not signing Melky?
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 There goes Melky again! PLEASE RESIGN THIS GUY! If they don't at least try and move him by the waiver deadline to get something for him. It'll be sad to see this guy walk for nothing.
