I remember there wasn,t so many horrible strike calls all over the place/league.

I'm thinking it's more the quality of the umpires lately. He might be onto something, ie umps tend to know pitchers and their habits like hitters and catchers but it seems a bit sweeping to me as to why those s***** calls are being made. Seems like since integration there's another generation of s***** umps making s***** calls with no one being held accountable. They can phone it in and what's going to happen to them? Nothing. Jobs are secure.

Just like globalization(integration)... it sucks.

They can switch it back anytime they want to NL umps,and AL umps,and we will get more consistency.
