that's actually quite funny. As a self proclaimed ultimate optimist, I have to admit I saw the thread and in my head thought yeah and AA is busy at an all you can eat greek buffet. Then I opened the thread and saw your pic...too funny. Even optimists like myself can get pissed at times too.

Burnett wasn't gonna be a Blue Jay, but I get the sentiment given the circumstances. Guys like McCarthy and Headley would've helped, but I won't get into that...not with all that food to eat and so little time.

But I also think there were deals that could have been made where he just didn't pull the trigger.

But yeah, hard to do anything when your front office decides half way through building a contending team that, "yeah this is about good enough, lets' stop here and see how it plays out."
