Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 See what the ump does, makes them swing at s***
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Seriously, this umpire needs to be under review by MLB. This isn't even close.
orpheus Verified Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Navarro should have known that was coming, chased again. Although ump not helping at all.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Come on Donair. But that fked up strikezone surely messing with hitters.
RickyWalks Verified Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 If the Jays lose this game by a run or two...
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Seriously, this umpire needs to be under review by MLB. This isn't even close. Like I said, Stroman needs to attack the bottom of the zone consistently so the Jays can have a case.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 How can people be on navarro? 5 balls during that ab
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 f***ing fat ass should've known that was coming. Can't blame him when the ump is making BS calls. These guys don't know when he is going to call balls as strikes.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 How do managers/players stop themselves from strangling umps... This ump has been responsible for some of the worst ball/strike calls I've seen this season. RIP kirksaw but you know it's true!
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 the ump is too tall, he can't get down low enough to properly judge the strike zone
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Nasty splitter. Only John Jaso take that walk
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Like I said, Stroman needs to attack the bottom of the zone consistently so the Jays can have a case. It's complete BS. The fix is in.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 f***ing fat ass should've known that was coming. Probably would have been called a strike anyway...
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Navarro should be a one day a week catcher at this point. Kratz gives more value in my opinion.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Come on Donair. But that fked up strikezone surely messing with hitters. What choice does he have if the ump is calling it a strike. Pitches around the shoelaces are not easy to hit no matter who you are. Also, sad day in baseball when the ump drives me to defend Navarro
43211234 Verified Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 This is bordering on official MLB apology worthy levels of egregious strike zone calls.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Why is Stroman throwing strikes? Apparently all you need to do is get it towards the catcher and you're good.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 This is bordering on official MLB apology worthy levels of egregious strike zone calls. Good thing umpires have literally zero accountability, we wouldn't want them to get their fee fees hurt!
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Why is Stroman throwing strikes? Apparently all you need to do is get it towards the catcher and you're good. It also helps to be a Yankee...
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Navarro should be a one day a week catcher at this point. Kratz gives more value in my opinion. It's not just opinion. Pretty much all the numbers back it up. Navarro is an improvement on JPA, but lets face it, that's not exactly a high bar.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Stroman needs to throw one at the ump.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Need a few quick outs here.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Why is Stroman throwing strikes? Apparently all you need to do is get it towards the catcher and you're good. He just needs to throw in the dirt.
awsomest Verified Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 can we stop going to jamie??? every time its Boston scoring runs
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 It's not just opinion. Pretty much all the numbers back it up. Navarro is an improvement on JPA, but lets face it, that's not exactly a high bar. It's true, we did upgrade but there is still plenty of room to upgrade even further.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 3 pitches now that were called strikes for Tanaka but not Stro.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 I think this ump might just be retarded. He's given us some terrible calls on the outside corner.
orpheus Verified Member Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Stromans pitch count getting up there.
