Yes contrary to what the majority of you think, I do have a nutsac, and while I do understand hitting and pitching coaches probably receive too much credit and blame, it wasn't too long ago we were ready to throw Seitzer overboard, mostly because we thought he was just another guy brought in because of his ties to Gibbons, but can you argue the results? Instantly this looks like a top 3 offense.

Sabernerds like yourself must have known all along that his xxCOACH stat would make him this good.

Well his personal pet project, Goins, failed miserably...

 

Well his comments on Goins in ST is really what turned me off to him early, because he sounded like another clown just talking out of his ass, but the hitters seem to have a lot better approach this year. Getting hot earlier this year, and that's a good sign.

That's my point, and there was a whole thread on Seitzer. Wasn't just me, but his whole "Goins has a .300 season in him" comments didn't exactly sound too bright. Must be telling them something right though. The team (most notably guys like Lind) look like completely different hitters.

I would have fired him based off those comments, but the world doesn't run like that. Chances are I'd probably get the same results as hitting coach, and this thread is absolute f***ing garbage. Thank you Sam Adams Summe Ale.
