You must be a bit worried considering Lackey got rocked in his last outing, and Padres won 8 of last 10. Though normally Padres are a sure thing to bet against.

 

My logic was San Diego is last in team wRC+ at 81 and they're in a extreame pitchers park in St Louis (-88).

 

I don't pay too much attention into a previous start. Lackey has been good overall this year and is playing a s*** team in a good park. Strasburg (who i'm pretty sure got hit hard too last start) was my #2 choice, but i liked the value of Lackey.
