Getting shut out tonight would be so embarrassing.

Sp sucked, hitting has sucked, and the pen has so far sucked.... Really hard to see a comeback forming

I mean, did that seriously just happen?

I don't even know what to say. Then with the bases loaded they're wasting pitches on Napoli... This is so far past a gong show

To be honest I abandoned this game long ago. God bless extra innings; enjoying watching the Miami/NY Jays and Villanueva against Milwaukee. Pitt/StL is OK as well.

Guys, I'm still not past that shift play. That was abysmal.

I'm unusually pessimistic and rant-y tonight too, but when you've been watching the Jays for the past 3 games and the complete clusterf*** they've been... I don't know what else to think

AA calls Stroman while he's watching the movie... "um, want to start in Toronto on Tuesday??"

Stroman's reply of singing the entirety of "Let it go" over the phone was an odd choice for a reply, but this is an odd team...

This is what I, and others, were afraid of. Peavy was coming off a bad start, Red Sox got massacred yesterday by the Yankees and Buehrle was due for a bad start. The same applies for tomorrow and Sunday, this could be an ugly sweep.

I wonder if Walker will be sacrificed soon.

Rough night for the Jays. However, Peavy has had some good outings, however. Remember, he threw 2 3-hitters in 2 of his recent starts. Most of his bad numbers were due to one bad start vs. the O's. The reason he hasn't won a game is due to the bullpen blowing several of his starts.

Can't get blood from a stone. The failures of the staff are on AA's head far more than walker's. But you're right though, maybe they make him the scapegoat

Would prefer Wilner

Virgin sacrifice and all...

I really miss the aerial view of the strike zone, more reliable then pitch tracker for horizontal strike zone

On the plus side, the Angels are beating the Yankees even worse right now...

So, Angels kill Yankees, Yankees kill Red a sox, Red Sox kill us

Bottom of pecking order it is

Uh, Tampa Bay and Boston will still be at the bottom regardless of what happens tonight. All it'll do is tighten the AL East standings. Oh, and Baltimore is losing to KC so far.
