MLB:

  • No Important Notes Today.

 

Jays:


  • Melky Cabrera continued his hot start with a 4-for-5 night to bump his average to .333. Jose Bautista went 0 for 3 but drew two walks and has reached base in all 17 games. He leads the majors with 20 walks.
  • The Blue Jays activated Jose Reyes and in a corresponding move sending Muni Kawazaki down to AAA. The Jays also placed Adam Lind on the 15 day DL with his strained back and call up 1B/3B Juan Fransisco.

 

Indians:

  • Corey Kluber allowed two runs in 7 1-3 innings of Sunday's 4-3 win over the Chicago White Sox and settled for a no-decision. Over his past two outings, Kluber had 14 strikeouts and no walks in 13 1/3 innings.
  • Santana is 3 for 33 in his last nine games but he's a career .326 hitter against Toronto.

I'd prefer Rasmus hitting 5th and Navarro 6th. I've also been thinking of Rasmus hitting 2nd and Cabrera 5th.

he's needs to go 8 no matter what. the 2 is my wishful thinking. Pen is gassed right now. we need solid innings.

Well, if we're lucky, maybe there will be 0 out and guys on 1st and 2nd. Then, the Indians will bring in the lefty for Francisco and we can pinch hit Diaz to lay down a sweet bunt. That way, we'll have guys on 2nd and 3rd with only 1 out for Goi.... f***...

Who's gonna be paying more attention to the Raps game than the Jays today?

 

Not me!

 

Happy for the Raptors, but baseball always comes first. I'll check it out during breaks though.
