I agree this is wrong just like it was wrong last year to send him down when Reyes came back. However, I would also add that Gibbons has a say in this and he could flat out tell AA that his team is better off with Kawasaki at the MLB level. In fact, it might be best to have a Kawa-Diaz platoon.
