Calvin Pickard got a stint with Colorado due to injuries and put up a .934 SV% over 14 games. Not sure how sustainable that is though as he hasn't come close to that in any other season, in ahl or whl.

But even then, with keeping only 15 guys and the way hockey prospects can develop... I mean, for example, if you drafted Kadri in this league you probably would have given up on him and traded him for whatever before he finally turned fantasy relevant.

Fucale won't be an NHL'er for a few seasons, if ever. He's blocked by Price and Tokarski. Also, no goalie ever goes straight from junior to the NHL, just doesn't happen.

It's not baseball, it's about adapting to coaches and owningtheir skills, hence Broduer, Roy, etc, Pickard/Fucale are going to excel .
