Draft whichever nhl, prospects or picks you want. It is best to just select 15 NHL players as cutdown is to that.

Every year there is a Waiver draft for your last 5 players. Those are the Waiver picks which are in our draft too. So you have to take NHL players, Prospects, draft picks and waiver picks during this dispersal draft. There is no order for this. At some point you have to decide which asset you covet the most the player or the pick.
