Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Yeah that's fine but Happ is still 6th on the depth chart right now. Happ will be needed and he will walk guys because he always has. Somedays he will dance around those walks and some days will be uggly. Not if we can get through one month of no injuries and Stroman rocks it in AAA. But knowing the blue jays going a month with no injuries is tough.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Yeah he has base running speed. He doesn't possess that first step base stealing type speed though. Plus it's hard to impact the game with speed when you get on base 26% of the time
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 He can be optioned. No need to DFA. He'll be pissed bu I don't give a s*** I think Redmond (and maybe even Rogers) is better
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 If AA has half a clue, he's s***ing bricks.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Who do you guys think has more range Goins or Lawrie? Lawrie for sure Better arm too Goins has much smoother hands though and more suited to middle infield
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 If AA has half a clue, he's s***ing bricks. No, they just showed a shot of him: http://pumpedupjays.files.wordpress.com/2013/02/aa-laughing.jpg He doesn't seem that worried
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Santos left that 0-2 fastball where it shouldn't of been. Nice to throw hard and get away with it, although it was hit hard. It's comforting knowing anything hit to the right side will be swallowed.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Who do you guys think has more range Goins or Lawrie? Lawrie, but Goins has much better hands.
Brenner Verified Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Have always had more faith in Redmond being serviceable than Happ, who is no more than a 6th SP/Long RP.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Goins stayed on that nicely. You see the potential?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Reyes may have woken up. f***ing right !!
aselvana Verified Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 melky still mad at that play ..lol
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Are they f***ed throwing Bautista a first pitch fastball. EE with a double.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 OH GOINS MY GOINS He knows he wants to stay off my NA list in the MPL
walkoff93 Verified Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Nice to see another team's pitcher suck, for a change.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Rasmus worries me in those runner on third with less than two out situations.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 You can't be tardy on a 3-1 fastball, f*** sakes.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Goins got down the line pretty well. He's a bit quicker than I thought.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Who the f*** does melky think he is
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Why don't all batters where guards on their front foot?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Melky on fire Melky on serious fire.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Did Howarth just say Goins can bring Alomar type defense? Oh my..
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Rasmus worries me in those runner on third with less than two out situations. I just hope he plays well enough for us to qualify offer him next year
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 I just hope he plays well enough for us to qualify offer him next year If he plays like he did last year and the jays don't try to extend I would be upset. CF like that do not come around very often.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 If he plays like he did last year and the jays don't try to extend I would be upset. CF like that do not come around very often. I wouldn't want to give him Upton type money but that might be required.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 I wouldn't want to give him Upton type money but that might be required. I can guarantee you he won't get Upton money.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 I can guarantee you he won't get Upton money. Not from us but somebody would i think, such a dry FA class
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 He says Sanchez is the type of pitcher that needs to be challenged. Lol. This isn't Jose fernandez. Wrong Spanish dude buck.
