aselvana Verified Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 that was such an inspiring story, buck.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 LOL.. Did you hear the PA announcer start off with "that was a pretty good inning, don't ya think?" f***ing lame or what?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Old man Abreu still swung late on a 3-1 heater.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 McGowan escapes hanging a 0-1 breaking caught at the track by Wilson deep in left centre.
DickeyJohnsonWang Verified Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 good fastball from McGowan today, good inning.

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Bautista with a lead off walk. 2-2 , two doubles and a BB.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 That's pretty unnecessary. I kind of thought that as i hit the reply button.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 EE bloops a single to right field. No out
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Lawrie drives a double over the right fielder's head, scoring the runner from first. Second and third,no out. 5-3 Jays
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Bautista needs to take it easy. At this rate he'll be tired by August and end up the season on the DL for the 3rd straight season.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Subs starting to fill in. Bautista , EE and Lawrie are done.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Melky drives one in the gap to right for a double scoring both runners. 7-3 Jays.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I agree, Kratz looked pretty good and actually framed after receiving balls he caught. Just a few mishaps. I didn't think he looked all that good (didn't catch very many clean), but I liked the fundamentals he showed. I think the results will come with a few more reps.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Good job Melky! 7-3 melk man....he's back!
SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Lawrie drives a double over the right fielder's head, scoring the runner from first. Second and third,no out. 5-3 Jays Obviously really early still, but it's cool to see all these XBHs
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I want Sierra playing at some point this season Since he's out of options, that will be the beginning of the season.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 The Seitzer influence could be taking shape.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 These SN Connected commercials are horrid
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 He'd probably sit behind Lawrie but their idea is getting him some reps against the lefties. We know he has a good bat We do?
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Sounds like Ethan Martin of the Phillies must have hurt himself.. especially considering his pitches were like beach balls to the Jays. Not a good sign for him.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 As it stands, Sierra would be the DH/backup LF/RF and maybe 1B.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Or that our players are healthy and therefore able to play at true talent. Well i saw Bautista hit a breaking somewhere other than left field today, and he drove deep also. That's Seitzerish right there.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Kratz reaches on a throwing error by the Phillies' catcher (Nieves) to first. First and third, one out.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Gose pops up to shallow third base. Two out
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Optimism about the season! I'm guessing you haven't seen them
