Rays:

• Despite Hellickson's not-so-great numbers this year, he's had great success against the Jays owning a 2.80 ERA against the Blue Birds in 5 starts this year.
  
• Evan Longoria is a HOT hitter for the Rays, going 7/13 in his last 3 games with 2 homers
  
• The Rays have won 24 of his last 33 games against the Jays
  

 

Jays:

• We're in the spot to get the 9th pick in next year's draft #TankNation
  
• This is the final start of they year for RA Dickey and disappointing is an understatement when referring to his season. Although he has been improving - the last 5 starts he's yielded a 2.73 ERA - he didn't have a good first impression on Toronto fans. Focusing on the present though this is a good matchup for Dickey, he owns a 2.40 ERA against the top Wild Card team.
  
• Brett Lawrie is having a bitter end to the season, going 1 for his last 19 at bats. This matchup only makes things worse as he's only hit .185 against the Rays.

Nobody blames you. Its been a s***** season. Hard to put tons of effort in when nobody is interested in the games. Some fun threads during the win streak though!

 

Thanks! Yeah it has been, and the streak was the only positive. idk how we went from 11 games in a row and only a few games under .500 to just dying. I guess all our injuries played a part, but I still expected more

Don't hold your breath . We have little to trade and Free Agents won't come . Best we can hope for is they don't change the posting rules and AA wins the Tanaka sweepstakes . He is no ace but neither is garza

They look bad tonight but overall Rays have only made 56 errors second best in all of MLB. Toronto on the other hand has made an abysmal 109 which is the 4th worst in MLB.
