I think Happ has just over 4 years mlb service and an option, so we should be able to send him down if we want to. I think that's actually the reason we paid him more to hang around, was under the understanding that we might be sending him down as depth but paying him as if he was a full time starter up here. Good deal for both him and us in that sense.

Well I would love for someone to take him off our hands but let's face it .We would have to pay most of that so look at 4.4 mil of that as a total loss and Happless in AAA at 1 mil.or so
