I'm sure it's as illegal as any other stream out there. Definitely not endorsed by YouTube.

 

I have no idea why it's called cod5, but I can tell you that it's partially to be subtle, so as to not draw attention from the NFL.

 

Edit: And it will, pretty much undoubtedly, go down at some point, where a new one will then open up and be linked from the chat box.
