How many fans do they even get for preseason? You couldn't pay me to go to an NFL preseason game.

 

Obviously not as much as a regular season game, but it's more for the experience of tailgating and yeah watching some NFL football for a fraction of the cost. Sure die hard Bills fans or other die hard NFL fans will go to watch preseason games. No different than going to watch a ST game.

I'm taking my son to his first NFL game in a few weeks (Steelers with Russell Wilson @ Denver Broncos home opener).

Oh and except the starters and top prospects actually play at spring training (imagine being in Atlanta and Michel Penix Jr. doesn't play a single snap in a preseason game). Buffalo is actually not that bad in the summer and some of the areas around upper state New York are really beautiful. It's still Buffalo lol but it's cleaned up over the years. I get the appeal of ST since a lot of snowbirds make their way down south in February/March to escape the cold in Florida or Arizona. I bet if the Jays played ST games at the Rogers Centre, there wouldn't be that much demand.

100% agreed. The small spring training parks create a really cool atmosphere. College football is great (I unfortunately don't have time to follow it anymore) and I too would love to go watch a game at the Big House. It hear it's incredible.

Saw that - and Lloyd has been hurt for most of the preseason. Wilson will act as the #2, but we're thin at RB suddenly. Also an interesting move to trade for Willis and dump the other 2 backup QB's.

It can't be exclusively on Peacock because then Canadians wouldn't legally have a way to watch it.

 

It may be exclusive to Peacock in the US, but certainly not in Canada.
