dineke Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Reyes can be exciting as well......when he's not playing defence. Oh yea forgot about him...
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Lind should be batting 10th against a lefty.
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Rasmus > Bautista * EE and Rasmus > Shitista
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I think we all saw that coming from a mile away. Only Gibbons thinks Lind should be playing against LHP instead of Davis, then again, this helps them tank for a better pick baby!
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Author Posted July 27, 2013 The only time stealing 3rd with 2 outs actually makes sense?
Arkadium Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I guess the Jaun Perez anomaly has ended
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Author Posted July 27, 2013 What happened? I forgot who stole second, but the runner was off to take 2B, Arencibia receives the ball, and drops the ball while trying to transition from glove to arm, and the ball rolled back lol
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Goodbye good Perez version, welcome back to the s***-mierda zone.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Author Posted July 27, 2013 I guess the Jaun Perez anomaly has ran out of gas ftfy
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Rasmus top 5 LF. In the LF Rasmus value will decline slightly (Your defense and offense is assessed vs players of the same defensive position.). Rasmus Vs Braun, Marte, Trout, Gordon, CarGo, Brown, Holliday, Upton, Cespedes
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 just another brutal day in the life of a jays fan
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 The pitching has been terrible all season. That's the season in a nutshell.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 The pitching has been terrible all season. That's the season in a nutshell. the defense has been s*** too
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 the defense has been s*** tooyes it has.
theblujay Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I don't care if JJ's xFIP is 1.5 this guy just plain sucks this year. I don't want anything to do with him next year, I'll take the pick and move on.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 the defense has been s*** too At least they have good chemistry.
theblujay Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 He's taking the qualifying offer according to his agent. No pick Then trade him now for a B prospect. He's the kinda guy that's killing this team. Underperformers who are injured a lot.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 At least they have good chemistry. you mean, like a meth lab?
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 He's taking the qualifying offer according to his agent. No pick When you look at the FA pool, it's pretty thin so they might be better off hoping that he rebounds.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 you mean, like a meth lab? Haha, well let's hope the lab blows up!
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 you mean, like a meth lab?lol. Heisenberg is a big fan
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 When you look at the FA pool, it's pretty thin so they might be better off hoping that he rebounds. This is precisely why blowing it up is necessary. There aren't any reinforcements coming from free agency or the farm system, and keeping a last-place team together and just hoping they'll do better next year is a delusional strategy.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 He would be above average defensively in LF instead of average CF with a limited throwing arn. Considering we get almost nothing out of LF currently and moving Rasmus would mean we are upgrading CF defensively. I will take that all day every day. I prefer: -Rasmus CF -Pop bat LF (Melky is s***....Selig help us please) -Pillar 4th OF -Gose improving his bat in the minors for when we lose Rasmus in free agency.

Well, I don't think that's realistic. They've embarked on this "3-year window" experiment and they simply won't blow it up after one season. They'd look like idiots to a lot of people. Maybe to you, me and so many other posters here, it would be the right thing to do, heck, we wouldn't have even abandoned the rebuilding they had started, but they want to sell tickets and ratings.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Jose didn't suck for a change. nice.
