I don't think he does it for the right reasons though. He likes to show people how he's doing it. I don't think he'd privately donate to a charity without telling the world.

He got a 14 year old girl to throw out the 1st pitch. She survived cancer. Thought that was pretty good of him.

 

 

 

He deserves kudos for that...I hope that girl lives a happy and healthy life.

 

I know some here get personal in attacking the players, but remember it's just a sport.

This girl gets a pizza from Boston Pizza every time he hits a jack. He has visited her several times and hung out with her and her friends. This guy has been nothing short of spectacular with this girl and her family. Source: She's my grandfathers girlfriends niece.

This also creates a problem for the F/O since they are so image conscious. I'd like to think this wouldn't affect their evaluations, but it may. Anyway, well said.
