If he's coming, we will.

He's 34 and expensive, but a huge improvement on what we have t 2nd base, if only for the short term.

THAT, ladies, is what a World Series contender's infield looks like

Don't think anyone's warming up; I'd let him get that shutout even if he's at 125. We're going to be using the whole pen on Sunday.

I think Cecil is warming up. And there's a lot of slap and tickle going on in the dugout, so I think he's finished.

Yep. MB is a rugged dude. 100 pitches is nothing.

Buehrle being Buehrle (+200 IP, ~4ERA)

The only pitching acquisition who has lived up to expectations.

The book is still out on Reyes. Can't fault him for being hurt, but you can't say he has lived up to them since there's not much to go on.

If he plays 150 games next year he's likely our MVP

kawasaki >> Utley

Obviously sarcasm and I don't want to see Kawasaki as our everyday starting 2B, but I'd still take him over what Bonifacio has been giving this year in terms of the bat and defense.

I don't think Buehrle's arm actually has a limit. Seriously, do you think he'd get hurt by throwing 250? I'm not sure.

250? Screw that... let him go 300+

Oh for sure. Having a shortstop who can hit .300 with power and speed is such a bonus. No other team in the AL is getting close to that.

Nope. Jeter won't be doing that anymore either I think.

LOL of course you can fault him for getting hurt... did you not see what he did? It was a clown slide bro.

Even 300+ would probably be okay, let him go until he's actually exhausted. Throw him on three days rest too.

Just give'r
