burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Doesn't run effective plays. Horrible rotations, doesn't keep his stars accountable. Yes he can only do so much pointless screaming on the sideline Your just biased at this point. He kept Derozan on the bench when they made their run, didn't play Scola and kept Carroll and JV on the bench in the 4th.
crazy47larry Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Wow what an exciting game. Havent seen a game like that in a while. Did we win this game or did the Pacers blow this game?
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 LOL... @ the comments?!?! They won. Process > Results Demar's bad ass look is pathetic. It's like if CB4's bad ass look took 20 footers all game
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Now that is a poster-worthy donk.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 "Pat was a -20," says the guy who didn't play Powell until almost the 2nd half "I don't like Patrick Patterson because I love him," says an NBA coach
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Your just biased at this point. He kept Derozan on the bench when they made their run, didn't play Scola and kept Carroll and JV on the bench in the 4th. He finally decided starting an old guy who can barely move around is a bad idea, gave DeMar his regular break before brining him back in when his team was doing much better without him and benching arguably their best player right now in JV. Coach of the year
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Why are we settling for "He kind of almost didn't f*** up"
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 He finally decided starting an old guy who can barely move around is a bad idea, gave DeMar his regular break before brining him back in when his time was doing much better without him and benching arguably their best player right now in JV. Coach of the year Agreed on your point about Demar. JV though, isn't anywhere near our best player right now, he can't defend the pnr and the pacers were killing them with it when he was out there. Benching JV for biyombo was a good move.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 He finally decided starting an old guy who can barely move around is a bad idea, gave DeMar his regular break before brining him back in when his team was doing much better without him and benching arguably their best player right now in JV. Coach of the year Biyombo outplayed JV today. He actually rode the hot hand today which is nice to see. He subbed Derozan in for Ross who was the worst player on the floor missing 3 shots in a row. Vogel was really bad for the Pacers tonight.
Caper Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Another thing. How huge is it for the Raps to have their own D-League team? They were able to cycle a guy like Powell in and out of their seamlessly all year and he came a long great. I can't see that happening if he is either riding the pine in TO or going down to where ever it is they had to send them before to share the floor with guys from 7 other teams. The smartest move this franchise has made in years is having a D-league team right in their back yard. 2nd thing. Raps should get a top 10 pick this year from the Knicks for Bargs and what could be a top 10 pick next year from Milwaukee for Greivis Vasquez. After already getting Norman Powell!!! Let that sink in for a second. Masai should almost be prosecuted for that. **Edit. The 2017 pick is a Clippers pick. Still, if they have to blow it up this year, it could be 10-15.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 a superstar You must be confused. Golden State doesn't have the 9th pick.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 ugh we were 2 spots away from the GOAT but ended up with the dekobe.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 ugh we were 2 spots away from the GOAT but ended up with the dekobe. We'd still have BC running the team though and he'd find a way to f*** it up. Curry would have left as a FA and we'd be still be doomed as a franchise.
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Most hyped atmosphere I've ever been a part of. I am spent, my voice is totally gone, some drunk guy, 3 really hot girls, and a couple of other guys my age sitting by me all thought I was Luis Scola, my ears are still ringing, I am still shaking, and I give no shits. Not one single soul sat down for the entire final 6 minutes. Game ball goes to Frank Vogel for that lineup to start the 4th and Powell for denying George the ball so well in the 4th. Amazing. And of course, DeMar shut me and a lot of people up tonight. He singlehandedly kept us in it when George was cooking.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Ross better not get any minutes in Game 6. It's ridiculous the amount of court time he gets still. This is the playoffs.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 Ross better not get any minutes in Game 6. It's ridiculous the amount of court time he gets still. This is the playoffs. but he was good in the 4th minus the poor shooting
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 but he was good in the 4th minus the poor shooting he looked his usual poor defensive self to me. If he isn't knocking down 3s he really has no value.
Frag Verified Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 he looked his usual poor defensive self to me. If he isn't knocking down 3s he really has no value. He's a better defensive player than DD, which is probably not saying much.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 He's a better defensive player than DD, which is probably not saying much. Yeah.. lol

GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 So uh, don't look now, but Charlotte is leading Miami 3-2 going into a home game 6.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 So uh, don't look now, but Charlotte is leading Miami 3-2 going into a home game 6. charlotte will rip us apart
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 charlotte will rip us apart For sure, but less so than Miami
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 For sure, but less so than Miami Batum will make DD his bitch and Kemba and Lin will go wild on us I can just feel it.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Batum will make DD his bitch and Kemba and Lin will go wild on us I can just feel it. Wouldn't Demarre match up with Batum? And then Demar would guard Lin which is better than him guarding Wade or Dragic by about a hundred times. Like, I think it'd be kinda sorta almost maybe close/competitive, but I could legit see the Heat sweeping us. What were our regular season records versus them? Those mean something, apparently.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Doesn't really matter who they play if this team doesn't pull their heads out of their ass
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
