What are you on? Borders was a good defensive catcher. It was Ernie Twitt who was horrible. Remember Ricky Henderson making a fool of Twitt in the first ALCS at the Skydome?

 

 

The parallels between JPA and Ernie Shitt are quite pronounced. Both were terrible defensively and the only value of either was hitting HRs.
