A lot of it is drugs. Steroids used to be a big part of it, but the WWE banned steroid use several years ago, and they put their guys through a lot of testing now. Concussions are also a major cause, along with the severe toll their bodies take from the rigorous training, insane schedule and the kind of things they put their bodies through 300 days a year. People that have no idea about that industry write it off completely by saying ******** like "it's fake". Yes, the guys pull their punches and the stories and outcomes are scripted, but the moves and techniques these guys do in every match are very real, and it is very much like putting your body through a car accident every single time.
