They didn't go on to use it as a crutch. If someone f***s you up enough you either let it weigh you down or you grow up and settle your score. Whether thats a lawsuit, an asskicking or a convenient career as a correctional officer thats up to you. Their are far more satisfying and effective ways to vent. I don't disagree. He won a Cy. I just don't get all the hooplah surrounding his childhood abuse. Although, all of this frustration is likely stemming from his poor performance this year, I just don't feel the same empathy I would for a Sheldon Kennedy or Theo Fleury.
