Bruce Bochey said that he was available for bullpen duty in the last series against the Cardinals. Brandon Belt went 3/6 against Toronto in the series at the Rogers Center earlier this season. Sunday's win against the Cardinals was only their 2nd win out of their last 7 for the Giants Jays: Adam Lind's batting average is at .323 after a hot May. Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I have a good feeling about this one too.....
cesarb182 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Great game, i like to watch both pitchers, though none of them still haven't found themselves this year, will be a great game to watch, looking forward to see how much Giants fans are going to boo Melky, and i hope he responds hitting the way he hit when the Giants came to our ballpark
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Go Jays!!! Wow I'd love to see a good game from Johnson
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Dunno about you guys, but I'm getting really tired of these late start times.
Sparky12 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 We have Gose and Davis on the bench tonight. Pinch-running could be extremely effective tonight. I'm assuming Gose will be sent down after this series. Yea gives is some solid bench options tonight which is always nice to have especially in a National League park
RickyWalks Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Dunno about you guys, but I'm getting really tired of these late start times. This whole west coast trip is a load of ********. We get 1pm start times on weekends at home yet out in SD they get their 7pm times, screwing Jays fans over. Plus we get stuck with a number of 12 or 1 pm games Tuesday/Wednesday but out in SF they get the nice prime time 7pm start again.
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 must win game ( well most are)..but looks like Boston and Yanks are both going to win. Have to at least keep some kind of pace
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 wish this game didn 't start at 4:15am.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 As Always the GDT is amazing . I love this ball park . Best one I have had the pleasure of visiting but when looking at the view of it on the GDT I was surprised to see that short right field . I stood on the walkway and had a coke before the games and never realized it was so short
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Another late game and another awesome ballpark. I love it.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 not expecting much out of JJ so I,m hoping we club the freak hard .
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 not expecting much out of JJ so I,m hoping we club the freak hard . Samson's haircut didn't help. Jays should kick the s*** out of the 12 year old girl they are facing. the Freak is so 2 years ago.
theblujay Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 So who do we think has a better approach at the plate? Johnson or Boni?
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 So who do we think has a better approach at the plate? Johnson or Boni? Johnson... lol duh
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 johnson, has an era near 7...lol. The centrepiece of the Marlins trade.
RickyWalks Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 My dad and I were trying to remember what his record even was the other day. 1 and 3? 1 and 4? The truth is even better.

cesarb182 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 ?? You think the Jays have some kind of chance or something? lol. I would go with "Must beat Oakland A's winning streak record"
cesarb182 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Linecum the youngest looking 28 year old in the universe. now with the short hair he looks a 12 year old
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 it really is embarrassing how much of a homer Wilner is
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 So Chipper Jones is a moron. "Lot's of wins from the starters and lots of saves.. that's the recipe for success". Yeah I'm not surprised lol.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I'm really excited to see Posey and JPA go head to head this series. A matchup for the ages. Just ask JP. Only difference is two world series rings. Guaranteed the Giants would still be having the same success if you just replaced JPA and Posey with one another.
hummus Verified Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Timmy Jim gets his titties ripped off you heard it here first 11-4 Jays Joey bats 3 for 5 1HR EE 3 for 6 2HR
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 It really is too bad the rest of the team is letting him down this year. He won't get the chance to shine on the biggest stage. I find it quite sad how Jason Heyward even with his .167 BABIP and his relatively tough start this year still has a higher OBP than JPA. Who cares though? You don't need your big time "RBI GUY" clogging up them bases. Got to make sure he stays fresh at all times warming up those dugout benches as he prepares for his next crucial RBI situation. #Top10Catcher
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2013 Author Posted June 5, 2013 It makes me so happy seeing JJ back. First time in a long time that a Jays pitcher that comes off the DL on schedule. We got the ETA of 3 weeks to a month and he's back in that timeframe!
