eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 "GM's aren't typically looking for the next Hoyt Wilhelm, theyre looking for the next Strasburg" This is for a reason there R.A. you f***ing loser.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Are there even mods on this site? That Rajaifailedgrade1 guy needs to be got.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Just think about this, we added NY cy young winner, Josh johnson who has dominant stuff, Buerhle who always has been a good winning pitcher, and they are worse then last years injury riddled staff LOL. Pathetic. It is a very sad situation
DwightDM Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I don't buy the "the Rogers' Centre is a bad fit for Dickey" argument, especially right now. The HR's he's given up have been f***ing smoked, they'd be out anywheres.

eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Just swing for the fences Gump Only chance we've got.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Are there even mods on this site? That Rajaifailedgrade1 guy needs to be got. Yes yes yes. Just report him
Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Lind's OPS is now exactly .900 .400 OBP wow.
Rajaifailedgrade1 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Where the f*** are the mods on this board? This is turning out to be just as bad as the old board. I get you want this board to be All Happy holding hands Homerism, but in reality I just tell it like it is. Sorry I hurt your feelings. The jays have lost more games than they have won, thus expect more negative posts than positive ones.

His knuckler is floating and not moving like last year, and he is struggling throwing strikes. When RA is on he can dominate anyone, problem is he has barely even been on this year, he looks bad.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Not entirely incorrect - you have to account for the fact that prospects had real value at the time they were moved, not much different from having a pile of $ to spend. When you trade a Nestor Molina for Sergio Santos, you're cashing in currency for a poor asset. Similarly, d'Arnaud and Syndergaard busting does not vindicate AA for making that deal. Exactly.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Rasmus with the token impatient idiotic first pitch out with runners on..... LOL, this tema is just bad.
Cello Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Dicky 63 pitches, 37 strikes Garcia 62 pitches, 44 strikes
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Rasmus with the token impatient idiotic first pitch out with runners on..... LOL, this tema is just bad. Well, Rasmus isn't very bright
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Trade for this Garcia kid, he looks great out there.

When you trade a Nestor Molina for Sergio Santos, you're cashing in currency for a poor asset. Similarly, d'Arnaud and Syndergaard busting does not vindicate AA for making that deal. What I was saying is that Anthopoulos seems to have a decent ability to decide who will bust and who won't when trading his prospects, and has been right on all of them, so the 'value' argument isn't really relevant in the argument I'm making. It's a legitimate point but not related to my argument. It was stupid value-wise, yes, but I'm talking prospect evaluation here. I get you want this board to be All Happy holding hands Homerism, but in reality I just tell it like it is. Sorry I hurt your feelings. The jays have lost more games than they have won, thus expect more negative posts than positive ones. You called R.A. Dickey a rape victim and have a creepy-ass troglodyte following you around. You're a f***ing loser.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I am seriously still in disbelief that this team is this bad with the roster it has.................... How can this be? It;s like everyone of the players we brought in has seriously under achieved. Add in injuries and a lack of organization depth..and you have this diasaster.
Rajaifailedgrade1 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 here comes multi millonaire bust Dickey Even in his good starts he's consistently in 3-1 counts Not an Ace, maybe a 4th or 5th starter. Yet our GM risked the future for him
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Dickey is going to give up more HR's...his knuckler is floating up in the zone.
Rajaifailedgrade1 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Freddy Garcia was a free agent that nobody wanted? R.A Dickey was traded for top level prospects Who's outperforming who today?
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 The jays are horrendous when runners on base, last night and today the score would be a lot closer with some better at bats with runners on. After saying that, you cannot expect to win when your pitching is this bad.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I have no clue what R.A. Dickey is doing in this game. Gibbons seems to have a quick hook on guys pitching well and a long one on guys stinking it up. It doesn't matter anyway
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Another 2 out rally allowed by Dickey?
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 The Jays are the masters of solo HRs and DPs and Ks with RISP. The Os are the masters of three run, two out HRs and 2 out rallies.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Dickey's knuckleball look's flat and like batting practice..... This is just bad, this team is in real trouble.
