kmoss Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Lawrie is a f***in twat and won't make it 5 years in the big league if he keeps up with his hothead attitude
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 the ump was looking for an excuse to toss Lawrie. Lawrie shouldn't have given him one because he's from Canada
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Ump sucks but lawrie needs to be a pro athlete and bite his lips.. he started doing it but just couldnt keep it in lol
Pete_7 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Lawrie is a f***in twat and won't make it 5 years in the big league if he keeps up with his hothead attitude oh shut the f*** up
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 tossed for tossing the gloves in the direction of the ump? what a joke..... no way should someone be tossed for that fans come to the game to see Lawrie... MLB is stupid to let this s*** go down
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Stop jerking off your player brah, lol. I can't help it ban bro, it's just so much profit.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I still don't get the toss out, he never acknowledged the ump in anyway? Throwing his batting gloves back to his helmet and bat, seriously? #umpireshow This is what fans pay for??? As I said, the ump was barking at Lawrie as he walked up the 3rd baseline (with his mouth shut), and then was tossed when he lobbed his gloves back towards the plate in response to whatever the ump said. Bad choice by Lawrie, but there's a few umps in the league that need to learn that the game is about the players, not them.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 why do people follow Wilner on twitter? I don't get it, he knows nothing and wears rose coloured glasses at all times.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 earl weaver used to go berserk on umpires and NOT get tossed, and the fans loved it MLB needs to smarten up
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Boni flashing stupid signs down 6, idiot.
kmoss Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 This is not the first time Lawrie has thrown a hissy fit at the plate. Maybe now he will learn how to walk back to the dugout like a professional...
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 because he's from Canada The Canadians are rude. Maleducados
Respectimo Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Lawrie deserved to get ejected. Gibbons not so much, all he did was walk towards the umpire.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 lol this strikezone it's larger than spanky's fat ass
kmoss Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 He did bite his lip? actions speak louder then words
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Ike Davis bandwagon is done He is 1-for-40 to drop average to .145, and 0-for-last-25 with RISP.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 He did bite his lip? the toss of the glove was a bit much.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I really wish managers were more willing to just kill a vet and throw Ortiz out there until this game is over. Even with the bigger pen right now I see no reason to use anyone else here.

Throwing his batting gloves back to his helmet and bat, seriously? #umpireshow This is what fans pay for??? you cant throw your equipment. it's in the rules. it was tossing his glove 10 feet behind him and towards the ump, that got him tossed. if the just throws them down he probably doesn't get tossed.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Wow, impressive catch Machado f***ing stud
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 the more i see the replay the more he dserved to get thrown out. slams the bat down too
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Holy God "Toronto Mayor Rob Ford denies using crack cocaine"
Arkadium Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 This is the most frustrating game I've ever watched. I actually thought Nolin was looking good w/ his location, he was really unlucky when he missed they really got to him. But his pitches also looked very hittable. What the f*** was this organization thinking? 30 IP in AA straight to MLB... panic mode and stupid trigger happy AA at it's best. Then the Lawrie AB, the ump completely f***ed him. Then having to watch Ortiz garbage, when it should be Jenkins pitching to begin with.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 He should be reviewed or fired, because of it. These guys are out of control. get him fired and all the umps will screw us more.. Ask Burrows and the Canucks how well that works... not worth it
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 lol @ the kid playing the show while at the game..... maybe hes playing the o's and put it on easy.

Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 the more i see the replay the more he dserved to get thrown out. slams the bat down too I have to admit, I'm starting to lean more that way too. If the only thing the ump was shouting at him was about calling a violation on the equipment, then he probably deserved it. If he was barking about something else, then no. No way should Gibbons have been tossed so fast though.
