That thread was made by someone who thought he was already up with the club, and provided no evidence to support his claim. I actually posted an article written by Shi Davidi saying that it is now expected that he starts Friday, basically confirming it. I apologize if you do not agree with the new thread, but I don't see why it's that bad of a thing.

I think it's a good idea, it doesn't seem like Nolin will be overwhelmed and break down under possible failures. A bit rushed, but let him learn at the MLB level.

 

 

Nolin will be fine. He isn't a high ceiling guy, Nolin can learn what him need in MLB for be a final product

Ya, I heard his ceiling is around a 3-4 starter. I feel it is a bit rushed but I am fine with it, we do not have many other options available.

Totally fine with this, they did the same thing with Hutch and he adjusted and was kicking ass before he went for TJS

I love Dirk. But don't always agree with him. This is one if those cases. I don't think pitchers are as mentally fragile as he thinks.
