Great game. Guess we won't be seeing Rodney tomorrow. Gotta love Maddon blowing up his bullpen in the first game. Lets hope Happ as his s*** together for tomorrow

Easily the best/most enjoyable game of the year so far.

I don't know... I preferred the blowout yesterday. Easier on my stress levels.

They just win when Buerhle's on the mound...

VETERAN

He pitched to the score and didn't even know it.

This place cures everything!! We will remember the day of the great migration that sparked the unprecedented win streak that brings the Jays all the way to first. (I hope)

So fatcow, how about that Yunel Escobar guy?

Two things:

1. True Blue Jay, loves his team to death

2. His hand was hit by a pitch yesterday, the same hand as his glove hand.... I think that may have had an effect on it

This is all smoke and mirrors. The fanboys are all excited about the possibility of a long winning streak now, which quite frankly isn't going to happen with this garbage pitching staff. Unfortunately with the Jays lack of committed ownership, the Jays will always have awful pitching led by misfits such as R.A. Dickey and Mark Buehrle.

Joe Maddon ‏@RaysJoeMaddon 1m

Fernando was fine tonight. Just not used to throwing that many pitches. A difficult loss but its more about how we react tomorrow.

Rodney is just not the same guy, walked two tonight and has been back to his pre-2012 control tendencies.

Yea, that was a long outing for him.

Yep, literally every play he botched was because he couldn't lift his wrist. Did Yunel lie to Maddon about how hurt he was or something? Blatant mistake.

Yunel lie to do more work?

Uhhh are we talking about the same dude over here? lol
