Since I don't contribute to the league I thought I'd preview the playoffs from a gamblers point of view

 

#1 London Slayers vs. #8 Taijaun On

Season Results: London Slayers 12-2 (week 7), London Slayers 8-5 (week 21) Alltime: London Slayers 6-0

Point Spread: Slayers -3.5

Money Line: Slayers 1.08 Taijaun On 6.91

 

Commentary: Never has there been all 20 teams cheering for 1 team. Silvergun knows that losing to Spanky is so much better than losing to anyone else. Just last week Taijaun On came 1 run and 2 stolen bases away from tying the Slayers, but tie goes to the Slayer still.

 

#2 Twist and Trout vs. #7 Hail to the Victor

Season Results: Twist and Trout 9 - 5 (week 5), Hail to the Victor 8-4 (week 20) all-time: Twist and Trout 5-3

Point Spread Twist and Trout -0.5

Moneyline: Twist and Trout 1.80 Hail to the Victor 2.10

 

Commentary: Are there two playoff teams less cared about than these two. TnT had a 12 week winning streak snapped and stumbled home at a 3-3-1 clip. What have you done for us lately...Hail had back to back wins over the first and second seeds in weeks 19 and 20. Leading to him being the team no one wants to talk about.

 

#3 The Butt Stallions vs. #6 The WAR Pigs

Season Results: The Butt Stallions 12-2 (week 15), All-Time: The Butt Stallions 1-3-1

Point Spread: The Butt Stallion -1.0

Moneyline The Butt Stallions 1.50, The WAR Pigs 2.40

 

Commentary: One of the most likable managers vs. one of the least. Pigs rallied from 12-2 loss in week 15 to rally off a 6 match undefeated streak. The Butt Stallions are always in it with their worst loss ever being that week 8 loss this year to the powerhouse Seniors Circuit.

 

#4 Los Osos Blancos vs. #5 Ten-Cent Beer Night

Season Record: Tie 7-7, All-time: Los Osos Blancos 4-1-1

Point Spread: LOB -0.5

Moneyline LOB 1.80, Ten-Cent 2.10

 

Commentary: LOB came home on a 10 week undefeated streak but ended with a tie to a bottom feeder. Who the f*** changes their name this late in the season...
