Half of z3r0s farm would probably still be the best farm.

I built mine as he did, in the FC, I've hit on like 40% of them being interesting, hope he has better success.

I hope all of his guys bust hard.

z3r0s has a great young core and hands-down the best farm in the league. That team is going to be a perennial contender maybe as soon as next year.

He needs to perform thorough analyses of his prospects and choose a couple of the good ones to trade for reliable veterans. Can't leave it all up to developmental chance.

Yeah, I'd be shopping two of those top 4 prospect arms and/or Swanson or Rodgers for a big thumper 1B/OF and an ace. And no I don't mean Mark Trumbo. If a seller pops up, he can outbid anybody.

Trumbo is no Ben Revere or Jon Jay, amirite?

A guy from Yahoo answered a question about Schwarber

Typically in the preseason, when we build out the player pool, we take a look at eligibility updates.

It's highly unlikely that Schwarber will carry C eligibility into next year. He doesn't have the required starts this year, and without those, he loses it going into next year.

If the Cubs updated his eligibility next year as primarily C, instead of LF, he could potentially get C instead of an OF designation, since he doesn't have enough starts there either. However I don't think that's very likely.

All-time OBP and Slugging records in jeopardy.

I need Syndergaard to save me from the worst ERA and OBPA too

fellating of my farm and I wasn't around to agree... damn :P

Gotta say on the advise tho... there aren't that many aces/big bats being shopped out there (Richard has NOT worked out for me lol)

We'll see how it works out next year when my pitchers come up.

Wasn't Boxy the most anti-Zunino guy?

only because nick picked him, I was totally taking him in the initial draft if he fell to me. Plus I wanted to get in on the ground level of the Mariners no longer being retards with their position player farmboiz

Silvergunn really put me in my place. Down to 18th place, ahead of only Boxy and GeorgiaPeach. I guess the bright side is that my place in the lottery is pretty much secured now.

Not much change from last week's PRs:

Tim Anderson: power hitter?

I miss Tim Anderson, but Tim Anderson also got me Jung Ho Kang so I don't miss him that much.

I wish Timmy nothing but the best though.

I've never really believed in Tim Anderson, but I am appreciating the 20-HR potential he's flashing right now.

I'm pretty sure I read an article recently that said he only committed to playing baseball full-time about four years ago. He actually could really become something of a fantasy asset.

It probably doesn't mean anything, but, hey, well, ya never know.

Edit: Apparently he didn't play baseball at all until his third year of high school, fwiw.

Yeah, he's one of them athletic toolsy types that scouts seem to love but never seem to work out. Fingers crossed.

Everybody got healthy at once, anyone interested in a cheap reliever or two?

Set up guys Barraclough, Romo, Estevez or closer McGee.

McGee isn't the closer.

Made you an offer to help you clear up your situation.

always hurts to bench 3 HR's. Moya, Naps, and d'Arnaud.

btw, someone could certainly use Naps and the 17 HR's he's already collected. Shoot me an offer! (would listen on d'Arnaud if someone needs a catcher).
