Were Odor or Profar there that season?

Nah, Odor was A+/AA and Profar was AAA/MLB. Man the Rangers are aggressive with their Latin prospects.

You kinda have to be if you sign them when they're 16 and you don't want to lose them in the Rule 5. They've really hit on some studs, though.

That's an easy drop Spank.

Disagree. He's fringe, but he's a keeper. Solid OBP, 40+ SB in a full season. He'll be their leadoff hitter which probably makes him a safe bet for 80-90 R, plus this is a H format and he's a great slapper. He's like a slightly better Ben Revere. I would acquire him if I needed another no-power CF speedster, but I already have 2.

Projections have him at like 265/320/345. Stealing 30 bases and scoring 80 runs won't undo the damage done to SLG and the fact that he won't contribute in HR or RBI.

Burns had minor league seasons where his OBP was well over .400 and he stole ~75 bags. I think he might have actual upside. I would expect his BB% to almost double this year now that his feet are wet. Could also steal 40 I think.

He got on base at a good clip in the minors, I think he can give you a .340 OBP with an ISO near .100. He will hurt your SLG a bit but he won't massacre it a la Billy Hamilton. Hits are a very overlooked category in this league, IMO. He can probably put up like 170 at least, just slapping singles and bunts around.

Hits in this league are what Ks are to pitchers. If you could get an SP to give you 180 K, you'd probably take a chance on him even if the K/BB wasn't sexy.

One would think, especially a rebuilding team, would want him.

Spanky you might have an identity crisis

Love Mazara but give me Brinson. Gut says over Gallo too. Few prospects w/better all-around tools. @Rangers #Top30

First time I've ever seen someone say Brinson could be Rangers #1 prospect.

Better defensive profile, obviously, plus speed. I vastly prefer Mazara's bat.

What?

I think you should just keep Burns tbh. On a 3 year plan, I like him more than Melky and Odubel.

I was thinking Brinson might be overrated in our format tbh.

This coming after I unsuccessfully tried to trade for him to be fair...

I need to move someone, if anyone wants a Melkman or Odubel, I'm all ears.

I want him but I'm a little busy for working out a trade. If you make a reasonable ask we can maybe settle this quickly.

When are you coming back? We can talk then.

Back on the 14th and yeah if you're not in a rush, it would def be better to do it then.

Wilson Ramos (eyes) is expected to rejoin the Nationals in Viera on Saturday after undergoing LASIK eye surgery.

Advice: He's still going to have to sit out another couple of days before returning to game action at some point next week. The 28-year-old backstop has struggled with his vision over the last few years, so this procedure could potentially make a major impact on his game in 2016.

Calling a top 10 finish now.

Ugh, I rostered that sack of s*** for two and a half years while he did nothing. He better not finish top 10.

Wilson Ramos for Matt Capps is one of my all time favourite IRL trades.
