I assumed they meant moves as in adds/drops to their rosters like playoff teams can do. Unfreezing half of the league for trades wouldn't make sense.

Just checked back through the history and neither league has had a 200 win team since I've been in them. Last year the highest win total in DDL was 189 (realmin).

Basically I had the most stacked farm of all time and I traded it away to rebuilding teams for mid-late prime stars, and rebuilt around Goldy and Fernandez (ugh...).
