I really don't care. Just curious what the approach will be.

 

Ennis out indefinitely with a broken ankle. That's terrible for him. He was having such a nice little bounceback season.

 

I know, thought the same thing when I heard the news.

The team is playing Washington in their second game in two days and Chabot is out. Kid is about to see more rubber than Dr.Dinger after a night out on the town.

The NHL suspends players for not participating in the NHL ASG? lol.

 

Yeah, the Ovie rule, too many guys were skipping out, now you have to prove you're injured.

I feel like this would be easy to fake and thus stupid. But then again Ovie skipped and decided to just take the 1 game suspension. I will be having a stern conversation with him as this effects my fantasy team.

That All-Star games are useless, sure, it's a money grab and good for kids/new fans, that's it.

Yup. Big sponsor dollars. The game is s*** and I don't think that's a secret to anyone...this is basically mandatory appearances from the league stars to get their faces out there and advertise the NHL. The ones that hate the game the most are already balls deep into the NHL so that's not the target audience anyway.

 

I just ignore that weekend and do something else. It's over quick enough.

I like the change they made to the 3 on 3... I'm glad Freddy ain't going. The 5 on 5 was garbage shinny... lol

I figured you'd be crying bloody murder with Marner's exclusion.

 

Why? It's just an ASG... every Division needs to represent their team with one player, they already have Tavares and Matthews going, Rielly will get voted in as the D-Man to fill that position. I think Marner was more deserving than JT though.

Leafs take down the Canucks 5-0.

It's always enjoyable beating them. Their fanbase just adore Toronto so much... They'll sleep like babies tonight.
