Fans aren't going to the games because your arena is located in the middle of nowhere, the in game experience is terrible, and the product on the ice reflects the fact that "everything has been cut to the bone" and they have "one of the thinnest management groups in the league".

 

He can't afford to hire a f***ing front office, and is adamant that he'll never sell. Guy deserves to eat a bullet. Just a despicable human, and it shines through every time he opens his mouth.

Thanks. Watched all five games so far. They look good.

 

I'm trying to purchase a 10-game ticket package (which can't be purchased online). I've been on hold for going on two hours, and the guy telling me to remain on hold is speaking only in french despite me getting there via english menus. Literally everything about the Ottawa Senators organization is littered with failure.

 

And I don’t think he’s looked close to his best. Skating is far from mid season form.

 

After the Leafs hot start I started seeing articles referring to them as Cup favourites. I’m enjoying this fall immensely.

Agree with everything except the complaint about the arena being far out in the middle of nowhere. Its 28 KM and all highway driving. Takes you as long to get from downtown to the rink as it does to go 5 blocks in Toronto. Lots of Ottawa people just like to complain for the sake of it.

 

You can tell there is no money spent on the in game experience or Front Office staff. Ottawa's hockey Ops dept. is literally 4 guys and some interns. It was so bad to a point that staff would have to bring their own recycling bins down to the compacter because they had no janitorial staff. The physical building is a disaster too since there is no $ being put in it. If something breaks it goes unfixed and just sits there.

 

I firmly believe if team sells you'll have a whole bunch more fans just because Melnyk is gone, he's that bad.
