    This could be an easy win. Get a few wins strung together and maybe we are buyers at the deadline. if we go 30 and 8 over the next 38, all of a sudden we are 77-65. Then another 20 games left. we go 15-5 and we are 92-70, which is a good season if we go 33 and 5 and then 17-3 the final 20, that’s 97 wins, which could win us the east 35-3 and then 18-2 gets us 100 wins 38-0 and then 20-0 gets us 105 wins we will be finishing somewhere between 90-100 wons as it stands now we will not be breaking the mariners win record or the single season loss record

    I’m getting a bad feeling that Trey (badass name Yesavage) is actually pronounced like yes-a-voj. That makes sense that he is a Frenchman.

    I don’t want to trade cease. It would entail someone taking on a Vlad contract too and eating a lot of money like I said. Rogers wouldn’t do it though I think we are stuck with him for 14 years unless he does a wander Franco and gets caught with a gun or something, maybe his contract is voided.

    Well the thread stood for a few days. So I assume most mods were ok with it, but someone with connections higher up must have called in a favour. Maybe grant or spanky. Not one for conspiracy stuff normally.

    I assume Vlad is going to have a 900 ops one season a couple years from now and get two 3rd place mvp votes and we will see him wearing the “bust” jersey when he’s home in the off season

    If we win 11 in a row I think we might be buyers. That would get us back in the wildcard race. win 1 at a time and all of a sudden we won 11. Boston easily won 15 in a row, 11 should be easier, approx 27% easier

    9-2 isn't actually bad. 8-0 looks bad, like we didnt even try. But 9-2 looks like, yea we tried a bit but it just wasn't enough to beat the rays, who are basically a super team. In a few years we will come back much stronger. As soon as Vlad is off the books I could see us making a run at the playoffs.

    it doesn't matter, he is our ace. When our GM calls other teams, he just has to say it's our ace, then hopefully they dont check the stats and send us some good prospects. Then we also have to hope that nobody knows Cease is actually our ace. But Gausman has been burned into alot of peoples heads as being our ace for so long it shouldn't be that hard to gaslight a GM.
