Am I the only one who wants to see a re-build? Guerrero sucks. Bichette’s value is not going to be higher and he’s a BABIP player. Baserunning already declining. Pitching is good but not sustainable with the age and contracts. You could still go hard after Yamamoto since he’s 25, I guess. Am I dumb for thinking this? -
Maybe I’m old fashioned but until there is a confirmed transaction from MLB’s website, everything is just crap. Does Carlos Correa last offseason not ring a bell?

Yeah, I’d be trying to unload Bichette while his value is high. Or just plug and play certain positions like 3B, LF, etc. Ohtani signing with LAD is one reason why I don’t get emotionally invested in spectator sports anymore.

Morosi’s unreliable. Davidi’s not insightful and kind of a weasel. Moccbomb and JP Hoornstra have a good track record. Hope is still there!

Not personally attacking Morosi but this is a load of crap. He does this with almost everything he says regarding player movement - guesswork and most of it doesn’t stick. And yet MLB network still talks to him. He’s a hack with respect to journalism. Again, not personal. But maybe this gig isn’t for him.

Good post. This is far from over for Toronto. We all know how flimsy Morosi is so in the back of my mind, I wasn’t believing it. But others that have a good track record haven’t given up on this for Toronto. So there’s hope I agree.
