Yes. I just look at a video from summer of 2021 compared to July 2023 and wow - he put on alot of weight Had a little success then got lazy and thought this would last forever - some blame on the Jays here - they have a s*** ton of resources to help, they failed him -
speaking of culture..... While the Braves were celebrating their NL title, Snitker interviewed on the field thanked everyone in the organization from the top to the bottom .....including the interns "sitting at their computers...." You don't create this kind of culture overnight
