    Davis Schneider has a wOBA of 0.775 vs xwOBA of 0.544. He is clearly getting a little lucky and will just settle around 0.550 wOBA for his career.

    His wRC+ has been on a downwards trajectory. He has 104 wRC+ since May 1. He has been below replacement level the last 3 months.

    He is nowhere as good as Schneider has been. Lost in the all the homeruns the fact that Schneider had been running a ridiculous 18.4 BB% in AAA while maintaining a respectable-for-a-power-hitter 21.9 K% (down from 26ish in 2022). Even my OBP crush Nootbaar never got close to being that good. If you want to promote a player from AAA, it would have to be Horwitz and his 16 BB%. I really hope the Jays give him a spot on the roster next year by trading Vlad or keeping the DH spot vacant.

    No major complaints from me since the west coast trip. No obvious mistakes on BP usage. My only complaint is using f***ing Espinal as a pinch hitter for anybody. He still does it.
