    I was able to get Moncada after. 3rd was by far my weakest position. Had to give up Meyer (who I really like but he's below the top 7 P on my ranking), and a 1st round pick (basically my 21st best player). This is a points league and Moncada has a great walk rate and is only 26. So it was worth taking a shot that he bounces back.

    We get a 10 round re-draft after the 20 players we already have. But the rosters expand to 35 in the offseason to make room for lopsided trades. It has to be cut down to 30 when the season starts. The waiver process is based on bidding system and we start out with $1,000. It's been a fun league so far.

    No, unfortunately we don't have a minors roster. Can only protect 20 players overall. But I should have a very high draft pick coming up. I'm hoping that I can compete next year, but my team will still be very young. But I think it's coming together nicely. Thanks for the compliment. I'll give you a shout out if I win and ERod has a good year. Haha.

Marte U: Tork, Casas, Abrams, Marte, Lux, Adell P: Bieber P: Woodruff P: Peralta P: McCullers P: Baz P: Eduardo Rodriguez P: May, Grayson Rodriquez, Pearson, Max Meyers, Patino So my weakness is 3rd and P. I've been trying to pry away Moncada with a couple top prospects and picks but no deal yet.

    We have a 12 team league and can protect 20 players, and the rest are vulnerable. And I gave up a 2nd round pick in the re-draft. So basically I gave up my 22nd best player. I was weak on the pitching side. He's definitely an improvement on my 6th and 7th pitcher. And I like the fact he's still only 28.

    Yeah, that makes sense. I think I overvalue prospects sometimes. So you'd take Lux over Adell? I'm leaning that way too especially with his positional flexibility.

    Ok, thanks. Didn't mean to make it sound similar to my previous posts. In the earlier deal, I wasn't going to lose any of those players. So now that I have to lose one, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't making a mistake. I'm a new Dynasty player, so not sure the value of top prospects versus good players who had a down year.

    What your thoughts on Eduardo Rodriguez. His fip and xfip were great the past year but his velocity was down. I'm in a 12 Dynasty league and was wondering if he would be a good #6 or #7 starter? It appeared he was very unlucky last year. Think he can turn it around?

    Thanks. I just have been going over projections for the past few years and never seen a player who only played a couple games projecting as high as he is at the moment. Especially a high average like .272. He's projecting to have the same WAR as Semein and is projecting higher than players like Story, Springer, Albies, etc. He's a top prospect but not ranked in top 10 or 20 in many lists. I just find it odd.

    Can someone with a better idea of projection system tell me how a player like Oneil Cruz is projecting similar to Luis Robert and similar players? Did he play well enough in the minors to make that prediction? A prediction of .272 with 24Hrs, 19 steals, 75 - 85 for RBI and Runs seems bold for a rookie.

    The Marlins are prioritizing a good C in the offseason. We have a surplus, and they have a surplus in arms. What's a realistic and fair trade for both teams?
