    Lux just became available in my Dynasty league. It's he worth picking up? Right now my 2nd baseman are: Semein, Brujan, Chris Taylor. Where would Lux rank when it comes to these players in a Dynasty league?

    I actually had Manoah before the season started and dropped him because I read somewhere he was likely to start the year in low A. As soon as I heard he was starting in AAA, I tried to add him again but was outbid. Damn! Would've been a great addition to the team.

    I believe Martin's average exit velocity dropped 8MPH since his college days. That is definitely a red flag and is a big reason why some scouts are down on him.

    Yeah, I think I'm underrating my team. Semein and Taylor are much better in the short term. They provide great flexibility. I just keep trying to get young top talent, but that would be sacrificing next year's team. I wish acquiring an ace was easier. The pitching side is my weakness, but it's so difficult to improve that. The teams seem to hold on to top pitchers much more than position players.

    It's a 12 team Dynasty league that started this year. Right now my team is set up like this: C: Murphy, Moreno, Ruiz 1st: Guerrero 2nd: Semein, Taylor, Brujan, Abrams SS: Franco, Semein, Abrams, Noelvi Marte 3rd: Suarez, Torkelson OF1: Yordan Alvarez OF2: Kelenic OF3: Carlson, Adell UI: Taylor, Abrams, Brujan, Marte, Barrero U: Adell, Barrero, Brujan, Marte, Abrams S1: Beiber S2: Peralta S3: Clevinger S4: McCullers S5: Mclannahan S6: Dustin May S7: Patino, Pearson, Grayson Rodriguez, Baz, Max Meyer, Matt Manning So it's a very young team that won't compete until probably 2023. Justst wondering if Albies is worth giving two of the top 20 hitters in points league right now.

    Thanks for the replies. Would you do Semein and Chris Taylor for Albies? I know in the short term I'm giving up too much, but my team isn't built for this year or likely even next year. By the time I'm competitive, Taylor and Semien will be 32. Albies will be in his prime.

    Would you trade Max Meyer for Rendon who's out for the year due to hip surgery?

    Cool, thanks. I'm trying to pry Albies away with a Semein, Verlander (this team traded me Grayson Rodriquez, Patino, and Noelvi Marte for a broken Strasburg so I hope he values former aces), and one of the pitchers I just mentioned. Not sure if he'd bite. But not sure which of the pitching prospects to include in the deal to get it to work.

    If that's the case Franco and Torkelson are on the trading block. How would you rank the following pitching prospects: Manning, Baz, Meyer, Pearson, Mclannahan, Patino?

    Yeah, I'm just extremely high on Rodriguez at the moment. Plus, I feel like I'm doing well when it comes to position players. I'm very weak on the pitching side. But it's such a tough call because Rendon has been so solid in the past.

    Just got an offer of Rendon and Gonsolin for Grayson Rodriquez. Is Rendon on his decline?

    f*** Shitkins! This is not what a sustainable team does. 2 of the top 4 prospects for a player who is just good, not dominate. Check out his percentile rankings. He's a little bit better than average. He's not an ace.

    Martin has a .440 OBP and a +wRC of 132 in AA. Who cares is he's not hitting bombs. A player like that is still super valuable. I can't even work right now, that's how much this trade has bothered me.

    I read that he's only owed $59 million. But even so, I know the Padres would have to take on some money. If they pay it down to the 40 range. Is there anything there worth that value. I just don't know the value put on top prospects. Say if players like Abrams and Gore were posted where teams would bid, what kind of deals would they get?

    Yeah, I just read that they are willing to include "significant" prospect value to get a deal done. Not that I want the Jays to get him, but curious to know what to would take for a team to take on that contract like that.

    Padres are looking to trade Hosmer and is looking to include top prospects to do so. He's owed $59 million. Say if the Padres paid $10 million, what prospects would be needed to be worth taking on that contract?
