I think everyone's stuff would usually play up in the pen but if you can determine Pearson is destined for the pen already, please tell me the upcoming lottery numbers lol

Very excited to see Pearson. Almost the same buzz for me when Springer made his debut.

I saw a bit but I did say "meaningful game". ST numbers are pretty useless for the most part. Players are just going up there to work off the rust and don't really game plan like they do in a regular season game so you can catch them off guard.

Doesn't it feel like that people always like the new shiny toy? I haven't seen Manoah pitch a meaningful game but I'm definitely intrigued based on the hype he's getting. To make the jump he's seeming to make so fast is a great sign.

That might not make him a great clubhouse guy/mentor but it clearly makes him an idol to many. That alone makes his words much more impactful by comparison. Also, I haven't follow Pujols like TMZ but there would be many stories out there of him as a locker room cancer despite his talent. Players like to learn from someone who has been there and done that so what better person fits that criteria? I'm not even saying the Jays must go out there and sign him. Taking up a valuable roster spot should mean you provide more to the team than just these intangible skills. Denying that these intangible skills dont exist seems foolish though. -

I'm very confused about the online play. People keep quitting games before it ends and I see 0 change in my overall rating. Plus I can't seem to find any overall leaderboard for online play? Online play for regular teams seems to have 0 value. Also, where the hell is Austin Martin? Seems like the only Jays prospect that's not in the game. -
Wouldn't it only make sense for him to get DFA'd when he's out of options? The fact we can still demote him to AAA leaves 0 chance he gets DFA'd.

Any idea of how a player like Chatwood who has been a starter for most of his career couldn't pitch multiple innings when needed? I understand you have to build yourself up but he should have more stamina than just being a 1 inning guy no?
