    Like most already thought, we are going to regret using Garcia/Romano in a pointless game 2 days ago... guessing both will be unavailable today.

    I personally wanted J.D. but was ok with Turner as a secondary option. Think most of us just wanted one more big bat with Turner so he ended up taking more heat, which was truly directed at the front office, when he was our only addition.

    It's crazy how effortless Turners swing is and how hard Vladdy tries on all his swings. Maybe take a little power off and worry about your launch angle more. That is my uninformed advice for Vladdy since we're all doing it lol.

    It inflates offensive statistics (avg, OPB, OPS, RBI, etc) while killing the pitchers ERA. Very stupid tbh. All the stat nerds are gonna be living off statistics that are going to be slightly flawed.

    If our defense isn't going to defense then we might as well forfeit this game. It's so sad that 2 runs makes it feel like such an uphill climb in the friggin majors.

    Unreal catch from Springer. Man can do stuff that Bo/Vlad can't when their bats are going well and that's play great defense out there.

    2 separate issues as I initially stated. I obviously agree that our offense as a whole is a bigger issue than the use of our starting pitching.

    But that's the issue I'm calling out. It's a flawed strategy where you are taking out your best available pitcher who looked like your best pitcher on that day for someone worse just 3 innings into a game. Offense being poor should have no baring on this. It's just an organization outsmarting themselves.
