I just put my Jays World Series Merch in the closest... should I pull it back out? Lol Does suck losing one of the few prospects that were touted to actually make a difference in the majors but this team needed young arms for 2027 and beyond too. We need to pull off a similar trade but for a great middle of the order bat. Does Atkins have enough ammo to make that happen too?

Oh it definitely has that chance. I was talking about it before that anyone who has been given an absurd contract like this in any sport had a track record of being a generational like player. Vlad has been pretty damn average for a 1st baseman for about half of his career. I still dont think he realizes that this failure of a season is like 50% his fault alone.

Ya that makes sense... its crowded but im jealous of the offensive talent available. Only truly gets crowded if Stanton returns and Judge needs DH time when returning.

Gotta be the most undeserving 500M ever spent in professional sports. At least when everyone else has gotten the bank thrown at them, they were producing generational results. This douche has been pretty average for his position about half his career.

Vladdy is singlehandedly the reason why we arent where the Red Sox are right now. The amount of games we could have won if he just did what he was paid to do. Hes gotten off so damn easily without getting paraded with boos. Its probably why his dumbass feels he can still tell the fanbase to be "patient" after a 100 games.
