    Work like a donkey. Got finished by halftime but did get to watch at a private party in the Fairmont on the course. It is a cool event because it is the largest attended sporting event throughout the week and it is completely zero waste. Absolutely all material is recycled, repurposed or composted, nothing generated ends in the landfill. This is gaining traction with all kinds of world class sporting events.

    I believe this will happen once Vladdy requests a manager change and he will eventually. Just unfortunate to spin our wheels in the meantime. It’s proof of Atkins beta mindset. Won’t make the right decision himself.

    The way I came to peace with this is the realization of what needs to happen for a change to be made. Shatkins is too beta to rock the boat. It will need to be Vladdy showing his leadership and requesting a manager change. It makes it difficult to fully enjoy acquisitions like Chapman. Feels like putting the cheapest gas in a Ferrari.
