    When Schneider headed out of the dugout, collectively, the Blue Jays fan base knew what was happening and were helpless to stop it.

    Bo only made eight errors all season. Big reduction from the year before. Marked improvement.

    So you're saying taking out a pitcher who is pitching the game of his lifetime in a win or go home game, with a 0-0 score, after only 47 pitches thrown with a runner on first base and none outs; and then putting in a starter unfamiliar with the role of reliever (and who struggled down the stretch), who then proceeds to load the bases with none out eventually allowing two runs to score is a good outcome? That was Schneiders plan that worked? That was the plan? "It worked" !!??

    Schneider can't come back into that clubhouse. Even if Atkins wants him to. He lost the respect of the players today. He has to be done. I think he lost the respect of Pete Walker too. Did you not see Pete Walker storm out of the dugout and down the tunnel when Schneider was going to pull Berrios. Petey was pissed.

    Vladdy has been making baserunning blunders all season. Forgetting to tag up, getting picked off, trying to take extra bases and getting nailed.... If you were surprised it means you haven't been watching enough games this season.

    It is never good to summarize the season after a devasting loss but... I have always been an Atkins supporter. Never slagged the man. However, if he was involved in the Berrios debacle that occurred today (and he almost certainly was) well then, I'm switching teams. Fire him into the sun! Schneider is an automatic. No way he can step into that clubhouse again. He lost too much face today.

    Pulling Berrios is the worst management decision I have ever seen a Blue Jays manager make. Yes i was there there through the Jimy (one m) Williams years. It completed deflated the team and you could feel air being taken out of the room. It was a psychological blow that they could not recover from. On the field it resulted in a two run deficit for a team that is terrible when trailing. The players know it. Former players know it. It cost them the game. What a dreadful turning point. If John Schneider doesn't have the cajones to be his own man in the dugout he is in the wrong profession.

    Wow, what an indictment of Jays management. I guess he doesn't plan to be back.

    ...and also fire Pete Walker, while simultaneously offer contract extensions to the half dozen hitting coaches/strategists/analysts.

    Schneider facing softball questions postgame. These media people either indirectly work for the Blue Jays via Rogers or they have to cover the team next year and don't want to alienate management. Tough spot.

    The air was let out of the baloon when they pulled Berrios and allowed two runs. It was absolutely the turning point of the game, not just on the scoreboard but psychologically for the team. It was a complete and utter failure.

    The mighty AL East got castrated in the wildcard round.

    The Twins aren't that good. It's just that we are so s*** right now. Not to mention our manager does his best to sabotage our chances of winning.
