I hate it as well. But I see the benefit in it so that makes it easier. Pillar is hurting you could see that in his recent outfield play, Those 4 days off can do him wonders. Hes got a big spacious outfield to run around in Oakland. I saw his Instagram pictures. Hes loving life. I actually hope Donaldson only pinch hits and doesn't play the field just to keep him off his feet.

Its good for watching. Good to give players a break. Especially Pillar who is beat up. Oh and you get set up the rotation. Only good things come from the ASG. I mean we don't get to watch Baseball Wendsday and Thursday boo hoo.

Yea come replace me in Boston. That's a great argument. When he slumps in April Boston media and fans will be killing him. Telling him to go back to Canada and for Ortiz to come out of retirement. I just don't see it to be honest. They would have to overpay. They already have a bunch of terrible contracts on the bench and in the minors.

It's hard to cheer for the AL and hate the Red Sox at the same time. But I enjoyed that double play.

And he made the decision to come back. He almost signed with the Rays but said even back than he really wanted to play in Toronto. We will bring him back. I'm not even worried.

One of the first things I thought would be changed after the Selig era. Atleast change the fan voting. Instead of the final vote. Have the fans vote for a week on only the 3 most deserving players at each position. One starts and the other is a reserve. Than you can fill out the rest of the roster with the players and coaches. Everyone wins. Fans have a say. Right players get in. If you're going to have all-star incentives in contracts. You can't be victimized by your market. Its an easy fix.
