If you guys had to choose one of these scenario what would it be? Play the Wild Card game with John Gibbons receiving an extension after the season. Or Miss the Playoffs completely and Gibbons and his coaching staff gets fired?

I doubt he has 3 years left as a star but I doubt he accepts 10M annually. I think he signs 2 year deal around 30-35 million with the second year being a player option or a one year contract around the average annual of the QQ 17-20M.

He didn't even get called up. He failed his last test of the season lmfao -
Hard to picture Bautista is another uniform. He was pretty clear he wanted to stay. People always go back to what he said on the first day of Spring but not the countless other things he has said. You can call it backtracking but people seem to think he wants out unless we overpay him. I just hope he comes back as a 1B/DH. He has experienced playing First Base I can see him making the transition.
